Tonight, FX’s The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story comes to an end as the verdict is announced. Last week it was all about those racist audio tapes. A failed screenwriter had interviewed Mark Fuhrman for 13 hours about his police work, and in these tapes Fuhrman repeatedly drops the n-word while spewing every kind of racist remark and admitting to planting evidence to help incriminate non-white folks. Johnnie Cochran and F. Lee Bailey were desperate to get them into evidence so that the jury could hear them, and they used all kinds of questionable tactics to get a judge to approve this. They also took it to the streets to get the public to demand to hear the tapes. However, since the tapes included Fuhrman making derogatory remarks about Judge Ito’s wife, this put the whole case into question – should Ito recuse himself, or should there be a mistrial? (The prosecution really should have jumped at the chance of a mistrial, but I think at this point no one really liked the idea of starting all over again!) Ito ruled that only a tiny portion of the tapes could be played for the jury – the part that proved that Fuhrman had purgered himself on the stand when he said he didn’t use the n-word. And when Fuhrman took the stand, he just pleaded the fifth repeatedly, which didn’t do any wonders for the prosecution’s case...

Tonight, the sixth season of AMC’s The Walking Dead comes to a close with a special 90-minute finale, and it’s likely that one or more major character isn’t going to survive the night. Last week, Carol ran off in the middle of the night and ended up crossing paths with another group of Negan’s men. She was able to escape thanks to putting on her downtrodden weak persona…and the fact that she had a hidden machine gun she had sewn into the sleeve of her jacket. Meanwhile, when the rest of the group learned about Carol’s disappearance, they split up into search parties, while Daryl headed off on his own to find and kill Dwight. Rick and Morgan thought they were tracking Carol, but it ended up just being a walker that resembled her, so they headed back to Alexandria, where Maggie (with a new short haircut) started having extreme stomach pains. Elsewhere, Dwight managed to capture Glenn and Michonne and used them as bait to set a trap for Daryl, which worked. The episode ended with Dwight shooting Daryl and the camera view getting covered in blood. Is Daryl dead?!...

The Hardest Thing for networks to do is come up with a new film concept, but tonight you can say Bye Bye Bye to the standard TV fare, because Syfy is going All or Nothing with its latest Larger Than Life original movie. Syfy’s new zombie western, Dead 7, stars some of your favorite ’90s boyband members, but instead of singing, they’re slinging…guns, to stop the zombie apocalypse. In the not-too-distant future, the world is without power and water. Tonight FX's animated spy series Archer returns to kick off its seventh season! Last season ended with the gang participating in a Fantastic Voyage-style adventure on behalf of the CIA. But, as usual, things went horribly wrong when their miniaturized ship returned to normal size while still inside Dr Kovac. This was the final straw for the CIA, who fired and blacklisted the group. The episode ended with the gang stranded in the desert with a once-again-crippled Ray dying in a wheelbarrow, as the group tried to figure out what they would do next for money....
