Looney Labs’ card game Fluxx has been around for almost 20 years, and over this period it has been released in several languages and in many variants and special editions—from themed editions like Stoner Fluxx, Zombie Fluxx, Star Fluxx, Pirate Fluxx and Monster Fluxx, to editions based on popular entertainment franchises like Monty Python, Oz, Cthulhu, Regular Show, Adventure Time, Cartoon Network and Batman. And this March, Browncoats everywhere can rejoice as Looney Labs will be releasing a Firefly edition!

The game starts off really simple, with only a single rule of Draw One, Play One. However the rules of the game are constantly in flux (hence the name), becoming more (or less) complex as things go along. Even the goal of the game itself isn’t set in stone!

I own several versions of this game already—it’s always a lot of fun to play in any incarnation—but I look forward to checking out the new Firefly edition on March 18!
