This week, there is only one Blu-ray release, Glee: Encore, and while it is inexpensive (only $12 at Target this week), I can’t recommend it. Fans who love the show will already have picked up the season 1 box set, and this is just the music clips from that season.

My DVD pick for the week is easy–I would definitely recommend picking up American Dad!, Vol. 6. This show continues to be a great part of the Fox Animation Domination line-up (despite Fox’s decision to bury it in the post football timeslot). It certainly doesn’t feel like they’ve run out of ideas–the quality of the episodes and stories have been consistently good.
