Last season ended in a bit of a cliffhanger—Sterling Archer was seemingly dead, floating in a pool, with blood running out of bullet holes in his body. So how will the show reinvent itself this year? The new season, titled “Dreamland,” picks up three months later, with Archer in a coma. As he lies sleeping in his hospital bed, there is an elaborate story taking place in Archer’s dreams.
