It’s another week of slim pickings. However, whenever there’s a new Family Guy release, it’s always on my wish list. Family Guy – Volume 9

Sledge Hammer! The Complete Series
. Both seasons of this 80s cop comedy were previously released on DVD, but have since gone out of print. This is a budget re-release of both seasons. Die-hard fans of the show may want to seek out copies of the original, higher-quality release, but those just interested in checking out this hilarious show should definitely consider picking up this bargain-priced set.
Switched At Birth: Volume One
. This set contains the first half of the first season of ABC Family’s new drama about two girls who discover they were accidentally switched at birth. Bay grew up in a wealthy family with her happily married parents and older brother, while Daphne lost her hearing as a child, and grew up with a single mother in a working class neighborhood. The discovery brings these two families together and the girls must figure out their own true identities.
