HACKS is an Emmy® Award-winning comedy series which stars Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder as legendary comedian Deborah Vance and rising comedy writer Ava Daniels, whose complicated creative partnership continues to evolve in unexpected ways. Created by Lucia Aniello, Jen Statsky and Paul W. Downs, the series has become one of television’s most celebrated comedies, earning 89 Emmy® Award nominations. HACKS is created and showrun by Emmy® winners Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky. The series is executive produced by Downs and Aniello via their Paulilu banner, Statsky via First Thought Productions, as well as Emmy® winners Michael Schur via Fremulon, David Miner for 3 Arts Entertainment, Morgan Sackett, Joe Mande, Aisha Muharrar, Nate Young, and Ashley Glazier.
