Gregg Henry as Henry Dobbs
As Henry Dobbs, Gregg Henry plays the richest man in Cape Verde who is hiding a big secret which Peter and Mozzie use to their advantage. Some of his other television roles include the disreputable Texas lobbyist Hollis Doyle from Scandal and captain Jonathan Wallace of the Coral Snake unit in the high-action series 24. Henry is also well-known for his role alongside Mel Gibson as Val Resnick in the 1999 flick Payback. Val is a seedy criminal who gets backstabbed by his former partner Porter.
Reed Diamond as Cole Edwards
Reed Diamond also had a role in 24 as former FBI agent Jason Pillar. However, Diamond is most recognizable for his roles in Moneyball and the six-season television series Homicide: Life on the Street as agent Mark Shapiro and Mike Kellerman, respectively. In White Collar, Diamond portrays the land developer Cole Edwards, who has close ties and loyalty to the corrupt Senator Terrence Pratt.
Emily Procter as Amanda Callaway
As Peter and Neal’s new boss, Amanda Callaway tries to change things up within the agency. Neal and Peter discover that she has ties to Senator Pratt and they try to operate behind her back. Though Procter plays a corrupt agent in White Collar, she has previously played the role of a more straight-laced, optimistic ballistics specialist in CSI: Miami. Procter is also recognizable as Ainsley Hayes from The West Wing, Leah Fuller in the comedy Big Momma’s House 2, and her guest appearance on an episode of the hit series Friends as Joey’s beautiful co-worker Annabel during his short stint as a cologne spritzer.
Titus Welliver as Senator Terrence Pratt
Often playing an unlikeable character, Titus Welliver took on the part of Terrence Pratt, a corrupt and egotistical senator who did not make it out of season four alive. You may also remember Welliver as the head of the True IRA on Sons of Anarchy. In addition to his television appearances, Welliver has played a role in several well-known films over the past five years including The Town, Argo, Man on a Ledge, and Gone Baby Gone.
Mekhi Phifer as Kyle Collins
Mekhi Phifer made an appearance on season four as agent Kyle Collins, who was determined to hunt down Neal. Phifer is most well-known for his long-lasting role as the talented Dr. Gregory Pratt on the award-winning television drama ER. Additionally, Phifer has held the role of David Porter on 8 Mile and Omar Jones on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
