ATX TV Festival and Hulu Announce Cast for The Golden Girls 40th Anniversary Script Reading & Conversation


WHAT: ATX TV Festival and Hulu have announced cast for The Golden Girls Script
Reading and Conversation on Sunday, June 1 at 1:30 PM, which will take place during the Festival’s 14th Season, happening May 29 – June 1, 2025 in Austin, TX.

The event will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the premiere of The Golden Girls with a live script reading of two classic episodes, featuring guest actors stepping into these iconic roles.

The reading will be followed by a conversation with the script reading participants discussing the cultural influence of The Golden Girls, its impact on TV in the years since, their own experiences navigating the industry as women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, and more.
