Chefs Cook and Conspire Their Way to Survive Another Day in Food Network’s Last Bite Hotel, Hosted by Tituss Burgess

Tituss Burgess Is the Ultimate Hotel Manager and Game Master in New Competition Series Premiering September 24 at 9PM ET/PT


In Food Network’s newest competition series, Last Bite Hotel, premiering Tuesday, September 24 at 9PM ET/PT, eight chefs have been invited to a remote hotel for a game of resourcefulness and creativity. Tasked by the hotel manager to meet the culinary demands of the hotel’s VIP guests, each chef may only bring 13 ingredients for their entire stay. Cooking skills won’t be enough to get them to the finish line, as ingenuity and calculated risks are needed to survive and cook another day. Emmy®  and SAG-nominated actor, musician and writer Tituss Burgess  brings mystery, intrigue and his wry, dark wit to the game as the host and hotel manager who delivers quips and challenges as only he can.  



As the game proceeds, each challenge completed means precious ingredients are dwindling, and, for the competitors, the chance of being banished to the dreaded Room 13 is increasing. As competitors are eliminated, they bequeath their remaining ingredients to chosen remaining challengers, making strategy and alliances a crucial part of surviving the competition.

Competitors over the six-episode season include Brittanny Anderson  (Richmond, VA), Gabriella Baldwin (Detroit, MI), Graham Campbell  (Edinburg, TX), Tobias Dorzon  (Baltimore, MD), Byron Gomez  (Denver, CO), Kevin Lee  (Oklahoma, OK), Nini Nguyen  (New Orleans, LA) and Aarthi Sampath  (New York, NY.) VIP guest judges checking into the hotel include Esther Choi, Cat Cora, Jose Garces, Alex Guarnaschelli, Judy Joo, Poppy O’Toole, Marcus Samuelsson, Michael Symon,  and Andrew Zimmern.

Fans can head inside the mysterious hotel helmed by Tituss as he shares some of the surprises awaiting the chefs. Plus, they can get the first look at what each competitor packed in their trunk and hear from the VIP guests checking in for dinner. Fans on social can also follow along with #LastBiteHotel.

Award nominated actor and musician, Tituss Burgess has quickly emerged as one of the entertainment industry’s most versatile and dynamic performers, with his work in television, film, and theater generating both critical and commercial acclaim. Tituss starred in the Emmy-, SAG-, and Critics’ Choice-nominated series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and was seen in musical Schmigadoon!, films Set It Up and Dolemite Is My Name, and Aretha Franklin biopic, Respect. An accomplished voice actor, Tituss starred in animated series, Central Park, for which he was nominated for his sixth Emmy Award, and will next voice a character in the upcoming animated film Spellbound. Previously, Tituss debuted the musical adaptation of The Preacher’s Wife at Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre, featuring an original score he wrote, and returned to Broadway playing club owner, Harold Zidler in Moulin Rouge! The Musical. A veteran of the stage, Burgess made his Broadway debut as Eddie in Good Vibrations and has played Hal Miller in Jersey Boys, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls, and Sebastian in The Little Mermaid. He also created and starred in Center of the YOUniverse.
