We get it, Zac Efron. You have perfectly chiseled pecs and broad shoulders and every single ab possible for a man to possess. Not to mention those little lines below your hips that basically form a giant arrow pointing down to your…. But you’re not the only guy out there with a hot body!

In all fairness, we pretty much could have included any of Hemsworth’s roles here, but who can resist a bad boy who drives fast AND has arms that would make most tree trunks jealous!?

It was a fleeting moment, but a magical one indeed, when Freedie Stroma (or Cormac McLaggen for you Harry Potter fans out there) lifted his sweater to reveal a set of abs that were—dare we say it—pitch perfect! Cue the choir of angels; or at least awkward collegiate a capella singers.
JAKE GYLLENHAAL – JARHEAD
The only thing sexier than a man in uniform might be a man out of uniform. There are plenty of shirtless Marines in Jarhead, but Gyllenhaal is the one we have our sights set on. The infamous Santa hat scene will have you wishing it could be Christmas all year round.
JEREMY RENNER – THE BOURNE LEGACY
All eyes were on Renner as he took over the popular Bourne franchise from fellow hottie Matt Damon—but shirtless moments like this one helped make the transition a smooth one.
AARON TAYLOR-JOHNSON – KICK ASS 2
If they make a third movie, may we suggest changing the character’s name to Kick Abs? …or Kick Pecks…or Kick Triceps…. You get the idea.
JAMES MCAVOY – WANTED
A big part of McAvoy’s sex appeal has been his quick wit and dry British sense of humor. But you can’t deny that the lad muscled up quite nicely for a turn as an action hero alongside Angelina Jolie!
CHRIS PINE – SMOKIN’ ACES
Before Smokin’ Aces, Chris Pine was mostly known for family faire like Just My Luck and The Princess Diaries 2. But there’s nothing kid-friendly about the redneck punk attire (or lack thereof) he sported in this role.
RODRIGO SANTORO – LOVE ACTUALLY
Poor Rodrigo–sitting there on the bed, working SO hard to look sexy—only to be ignored by Laura Linney. Come here, Rodrigo. We’ll give you a shoulder to cry on.
BRAD PITT – MEET JOE BLACK
Brad Pitt’s career reads like a brief history in shirtless cinema. When it comes to on-screen skin, Pitt is definitely an O.G. in a class of his own. There are countless roles we could have chosen, but Joe Black is Pitt at his finest…and his acting is okay too.
And just because we can’t resist, here’s another gem of Zac Efron as frat boy Teddy Sanders in Neighbors. You deserve it!
