Tonight at 9/8c FOX kicks off a new reality series that has been called “Lord of the Flies” meets “Office Space”.

In Does Someone Have To Go?, business owners hand the power over to their employees. The employees learn their co-workers salaries and the truth about what they think about one another. Then they must nominate one of their co-workers to potentially be fired. But this is no Donald Trump play job—they are dealing with real people they know’s livelihoods.

Does Someone Have To Go? is a cringe-worthy take on the social experiment reality show. I recently previewed the premiere, and it was like watching a train wreck I knew was coming but for some reason I just couldn’t look away. These employees start throwing each other under the bus faster than the chefs on Hell’s Kitchen!

Will this Completely-Destroy-and-Rebuild-Office-Morale approach to fixing the issues actually help these companies or will it just exacerbate the problems?
